Aromatizador - 15 gotas
Aromatizador pessoal -1 gota no colar aromático
Banhos - 20 gotas após encher a banheira dissolvidas em uma colher de sopa de óleo vegetal, mel ou vinagre orgânico de maçã. Ou 2 gotas na bucha de banho.
Compressa - 5 a 10 gotas em 1/2 litro de água
Escalda-pés - 2 gotas para cada litro de água.
Inalação - 2 gotas em um lenço ou inalador com soro fisiológico ou água
Massagem - 1 a 3 gotas por colher de sopa de óleo vegetal
Para Rosto - 1 gota em 1 colher de sopa de carreador
Para Cabelo - 1 a 3 gotas por colher de sopa de óleo vegetal ou shampoo
Uso Tópico - 5 gotas por colher de sopa de óleo vegetal
Vaporização - até 6 gotas por litro de água. adicionar aos poucos.
